1A. Who we are.
Outlined (“Outlined”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Outlined platform , iOS APP, website and related services.
Game or platform relates to the iOS game “OUTLINED. – Graffiti. Battles. Collabs”.
You/Your refers to the user, player, using our services, platform and game.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to provide and operate the Services.
The website may collect limited technical information necessary for performance, security and analytics.
Account Information
When creating an account, we may collect:
- Profile Information
- Email address
- Apple Sign In identifier
- Other supported login provider identifiers
- Users signing in through Apple may choose to hide their email address using Apple’s private email relay service.
Information you choose to provide, including: - Username
- Biography
- Social media links
- Profile image
- Country or location information (if provided)
- User Content
We collect and store content you create and upload, including:
- Pieces
- Blackbook entries
- Battle entries
- Collabs
- Comments (if introduced in future updates)
- Community Activity
We collect information related to participation within the Services, including:
- Likes
- Votes
- Crew memberships
- Achievements
- Progression and points
- Battle participation
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information through the platform to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Display profiles and content
- Operate battles, collabs and crews
- Store Blackbook entries
- Calculate progression and achievements
- Create leaderboards
- Moderate content
- Ensure fair play
- Improve the Services
- Provide support
We do not sell your personal data to any third party or give third parties access to to your data for commercial purpose.
3A. Data Sharing.
We may share your data with our third party providers to facilitate the online services. -This includes the online hosting and servers. These partners obtain the highest standards and are required to protect your data and comply with privacy laws and regulations.
4. Public Content
Outlined is a community platform.
Content uploaded to the Services may be publicly visible to other users through:
- Profiles
- Blackbooks
- The Bench
- Battles
- Spot pages
- Crew pages
- Future community features
Profiles, artwork and community activity are publicly visible within the platform by design, except where visibility controls are provided within the Services.
Uploaded content may also be displayed on official Outlined websites, social media channels and related services.
Content may also be accessed internally by authorized Outlined administrators for purposes including moderation, customer support, battle management, staff picks, platform operations and community management.
5. Social Media & Promotion
Exceptional pieces and community content may be featured on official Outlined channels, including:
- Website
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Community showcases
- Promotional materials
Where possible, creator attribution may be provided using the user’s Outlined username and/or linked social media accounts.
6. Data Retention
Account information and user content are generally retained while an account remains active.
Some community records may remain after content is removed or accounts are deleted where necessary to preserve the integrity of historical records and competitive archives. Certain technical or operational records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Profile information, usernames, publicly shared artwork and community activity may be visible to other users of the Services.
7. Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their profile through the Preferences menu.
Deleting a profile removes:
- Profile information
- Blackbook entries
- User account data
- Social media links
- Active profile content
Some historical records may remain for archival purposes.
For example:
- Battle archives may retain anonymised battle entries
- Battle results may remain visible
- Existing collabs may remain visible to other collaborators
Where a deleted user is referenced, the username will be replaced with:

8. Third-Party Services
Outlined uses third-party services necessary for authentication, hosting and operation of the platform.
These services may process limited technical information required to provide their functionality.
Current providers may include:
- Supabase
- Apple Sign In
- Other authentication providers introduced in future updates
- Outlined does not sell personal information to third parties.
- Outlined does not use behavioural advertising.
These providers may change over time as the Services evolve.
Cookies & Analytics
The Outlined website may use essential cookies necessary for basic functionality and security. We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising cookies. If analytics tools are introduced in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have certain rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user information.
However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and login credentials.
11. Children’s Privacy
Outlined is intended for users aged 13 years or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be made available through the app and related services.
Continued use of the Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
